Customer Portal for Fire Protection Services
Here at Target Fire Protection, we have tried to keep one step ahead of our competitors and thanks to our customer portal, we are able to do this. Our engineers use handheld PDAs to allow the jobs our customers require to be sent directly out to the relevant engineer wherever he may be, before carrying out the service or delivery and sending the completed job back without wasting any time travelling back to the office. At this stage, the invoice and recommendation – if there is one – are emailed or printed off and sent to the customer.
