Fire Extinguisher Servicing

Our very own computer soft ware generates the customers service work which is then booked to the engineer's hand held PDA's via satellite, it is the engineer's job then to contact the customer to arrange a suitable time to carry out the service.

Our aim is then to carry out the service to BS 5306 with minimum disruption to the customer.

Our engineers are BAFE registered technicians and have been on the Safety passport schemes with refresher courses every three years, so you can be reassured that they will carry out the service in a professional manner. The engineers vans are stocked with the service parts required to carry out the service and have equipment to replace when needed.

During the service the engineer will input the information into his hand held PDA, this will then be sent back to our office, where an invoice will be produced, a recommendation report if there is one and a product site list, which will tell the customer how many units they have on site, their locations, whether they are fixed or not, their unique ID number, what type of unit it is, i.e. water, foam, Co2 and the date it was serviced, plus the action that has been carried out i.e. service, recharge, Discharge test etc.
